A vast array of factors affect our food choices. The important thing to understand is that we still have choice, regardless of what we feel to be beyond our control. As the famous adage suggests, “You are what you eat,” and what you decide to put in your body today will, no doubt, contribute to who you are becoming.
All we ever have is our health… until we don’t.
When provided with the proper nutrients, we truly become self-healing organisms. Living foods contain life-force energy that rejuvenates and regenerates our bodies on a cellular level. Whether your complaint is excess weight, inflexibility, high blood pressure, arthritis, hormone imbalance, (or even cancer or heart disease), living food is powerful medicine and provides an alternative that’s often left unconsidered.
My hope for you isn't to convert you into a vegetarian. Although I could support you in such a transition, if it were desired, this is not what I intend through my work.
Instead, I simply want to teach you how to add more LIFE-GIVING foods into your life. I want to teach you how to tap into nature and your own powerful intuition; to bring your body into balance. I want to show you how little changes can make for big improvement, and remind you that wellness is your birthright. I want you to feel empowered and excited about nourishing your body with the best foods on the planet. When I do this work, it feels like my cells are vibrating! That’s the best way I can come up with to explain it. I feel completely aligned with my purpose and I am filled with inexplicable joy.
